14.1 Termination by 1jjcom

1jjcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive conduct, ineligibility, failure to complete KYC verification or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, other users or 1jjcom's operations.

14.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team through the Live Chat or Help Center. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to termination, including outstanding wagering requirements or KYC-related withdrawal holds.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by 1jjcom — all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, disclaimers and governing law, shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jjcom is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
